On 16 January 2018, UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES) hosted seminar titled “The effect of ethnic diversity on income”, where Professor Geoff Pugh presented research focused on the effect of ethnic diversity in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Western Balkan region, published with Professor Adnan Efendic. This seminar combined research focused on ethnic diversity and tolerance on business performance and community solidarity in times of crisis. A common link is evidence of the economic and social benefits arising from social capital.
